1. Đồ trẻ em, giá giặt tính: 50% giá của đồ người lớn./ Children’s clothing: 50% of the adult price.
2. Giá tính bằng tiền Việt Nam, chưa bao gồm thuế VAT./ All prices are in VND, not include VAT.
3. Phát sinh túi và móc áo vest sẽ phụ thu 30,000 vnđ./ 30,000 vnđ surcharge on 1 extra hanger and suit bag.
4. Dịch vụ giặt nhanh (express service) : nhận và trả hàng trong vòng 6h. Phụ thu 120% so với giá giặt thường./ For express service of guest laundry, collect and return within 6 hours. Express service will be surcharge 120% of the price above.
5. Đền bù thất thoát/ hư hại thông thường không vượt quá 10 lần phí dịch vụ giặt./ Compensation for loss or damage shall not exceed 10 times of the cleaning fee.
6. Tất cả những thắc mắc về sự hư hỏng, thất lạc của trang phục phải xử lý trong 24h sau khi trang phục hoàn trả và kèm phiếu giặt ủi./ All queries must be made within 24 hours after delivery and must be accompanied by the laundry list.
